Refunds
If Plus isn't right for your home, you can have your money back in full within 30 days of buying it. No questions.

How to ask
Email hello@homeboard.uk from the address you paid with, or use the help link on your Paddle receipt. You'll hear back within two working days, and the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Paddle, who handle the payment, send you a confirmation.
What happens to your home
When a refund goes through, your home moves to the free plan. Nothing is deleted: one wall display keeps going, photos you added stay, and Plus blocks show a short note instead.
After 30 days
If Plus stops working as described, tell us and we'll put it right or refund you. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply, whatever this page says.
Your right to cancel
UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Because Plus switches on as soon as you buy it, the checkout asks you to agree to that, and the law says the 14 days then end. That doesn't matter here: the full refund above lasts 30 days, longer than the law requires, and it applies whether or not you have started using Plus.
