About paying
How does the trial work?
Every new home has Plus for its first 30 days, with no card and nothing to cancel. After that it carries on with the free plan unless you buy Plus. The Account page shows how many days are left.
Is it really only once?
Yes. One payment for your home, and Plus stays with it, including the updates that come later. You buy it from the Account page in Homeboard, whenever you like.
What does "for good" mean?
Plus stays with your home for as long as Homeboard runs. If Homeboard ever had to close, every home would get at least 90 days' notice and a way to keep a copy of everything.
How much is it outside the UK?
£29 in the UK, including VAT. Elsewhere the checkout shows the price in your currency, with any local tax.
Who takes the payment?
Paddle, a payments company that sells Homeboard Plus on our behalf and handles the tax. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and your bank statement will mention Paddle.
What if it isn't for us?
Ask within 30 days of buying for a full refund, no questions. How refunds work
We have two homes. Do we pay twice?
Plus belongs to one home, with everyone and every tablet in it. A second home, such as grandparents with their own tablet, is a separate home with its own free plan or Plus.
What happens if we don't buy it?
Your home moves to the free plan when the trial ends. Nothing is deleted: Plus blocks show a short note until you get Plus, photos you already added stay, and one wall display keeps going.
